We want you to enjoy your mug and understand exactly how our shipping process works. Please review the information below before placing your order.


Order Processing & Production

All mugs are made to order through a print-on-demand fulfillment partner.

Orders are processed and produced within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). This time is required to print, inspect, and securely package your mug before shipment.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Time

Shipping times begin after production is complete, not on the date the order is placed.

Estimated delivery time (Domestic Only):

  • 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.

If multiple items are ordered, they may ship separately.


Packaging & Fragile Items

Our mugs are carefully packaged using protective materials designed for fragile items.

While damage during transit is rare, it can occur. If your mug arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We will issue a replacement or full refund in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy. No return is required for damaged items.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

Because our mugs are custom-made:

  • Address changes cannot be made once production begins

  • We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

If an order is returned due to an address error, reshipping fees may apply.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information shows a delay or indicates that your order has been marked as delivered but not received, please allow 48 hours and check with your local carrier or neighbors.

If the issue is not resolved, contact us within 7 days of the delivery status update at [your support email], and we will do our best to assist.


Shipping Availability

We currently ship domestically only within the United States.

Orders outside this region are not supported at this time.
