Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your mug! If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Damaged Items:
If your mug arrives broken or damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly issue a replacement or full refund—no return required.
Returns:
Due to the fragile nature of our products, we do not accept returns for used items or change-of-mind purchases. Approved returns must be unused and in original packaging.
Non-Refundable Items:
Custom or personalized mugs and clearance items are final sale.
Refunds:
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
